This is a 2-day, closed-set, professional-level training experience built to prepare dancers for the real demands of touring with major recording artists — physically, mentally, and technically.

We built what we wished existed: a space where dancers train like the job is already theirs — led by the actual people who choreograph and cast world tours for artists we all admire.

Most dancers don’t get this kind of training until after they’ve booked the job. We were tired of watching talented dancers fall short due to a lack of preparation. We wanted to provide a safe space that shows what the industry actually requires.

We are not like dance conventions!

There are no wristbands. No crowded ballrooms. No standing in the back and hoping to be noticed. This is intimate, focused, and unapologetically elite.

We’re the FIRST intensive to train dancers with in-ear monitors.

Just like on tour. You'll rehearse with click tracks and live arrangements — a level of preparation most dancers don’t experience until after they’ve been hired.

We bring in the decision-makers.

Not influencers. These are the choreographers, creative directors, and tour crew members who’ve built iconic shows and hired the dancers who perform them.

We simulate what touring actually feels like.

Mock tour auditions, stamina drills, prop work, quick-change challenges, tour etiquette, and ensemble cleaning — all inside a real rehearsal facility, not a hotel ballroom.
