Rodney is an innovator and the visionary behind Tour Mode. With over a decade of experience producing dance workshops, managing conventions, and corporate events, he has served as a tour manager, stagehand, and producer alongside world-class artists and choreographers. He is best known for creating JanFam: The Movement, a celebrated workshop series honoring Janet Jackson’s choreographers. Through Tour Mode, Rodney merges creativity with hospitality, channeling his expertise and passion for mentorship to launch the first training program that fully prepares dancers for touring careers.

Bounce is a professional dancer, choreographer, producer, and founder of I Am Bounce, LLC, a company dedicated to shaping the next generation of artists. Based in Los Angeles, she has performed and choreographed on stages worldwide, with credits including Usher (Las Vegas Residency), Mary J. Blige, Megan Trainor, Will.I.Am, KashDoll, Apple Inc., Hallmark Channel, Cherry Boom Boom: American Woman, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
When she’s not creating for the stage, Bounce is passionate about fitness, mentorship, and global travel, always blending artistry with a commitment to developing future talent.
